USING YOUR MICROSENTRY™ REFRIGERATOR CONTROL

• Temperature Sensor Fault: If the controller

detects that the temperature sensor is

not properly funconing, a temperature

sensor alarm will sound. “E1” will ash on the display, and an

alarm will sound. Please call AGA MARVEL Customer Service or

your dealer if this error code is displayed.

• Condenser Needs Cleaning: When the refrig-

erator has reached the recommended amount

of run me for a condenser cleaning, “cL”

will ash on the display as a reminder to clean the condenser.

To clear the alarm:

1) Press and quickly release the SET key 7 mes.

“cnd” will be displayed on the screen.

2) While “cnd” is displayed, press and hold the SET key.

The display will show the number of weeks the con-

denser has been operang.

3) Connue to hold the SET key, then press and release the

ON/OFF key. The number shown on the display will be

reset to 00.

4) Release the SET key.

5) The display will return to normal operaon aer a few

seconds with no key presses.

Alarm Mute

Press any key to mute the audible poron of an alarm.

NOTE-This acon will only mute the alarm. If the condion that

caused the alarm connues, the alarm code will connue to ash

and will sound for 20 seconds every 60 minutes.



To turn refrigerator o, press and hold “ON/OFF” buon for

three (3) seconds. “OFF” will appear on the display.



Remote Alarm Relay

Remote Alarm Interface

The auxiliary output of the control is programmed to monitor

alarm condions. An outboard relay connected to the auxiliary

output provides a set of dry contacts which are designed to be

used as a remote alarm monitoring interface. Alarm funcons

monitored are Door Ajar, High/Low Temperature, and Power Fail-

ure. -

 It is recommended the remote monitoring device(s) have

an uninterruptable power source. (See Figure 9 and 10 below).

NOTE

However it must be noted the alarm will connue to sound unl

the alarm condion has been reced.
